C101 HYBRID

Take up a 3D printing challenge and print multi-materials with the C101 HYBRID

• Print 2 materials simultaneously on the same layer
• The second material could be a ceramic, a metal or a polymer
• Easy to use
• Optimized accessibility
• Stereolithography (Laser)
• Open parameters
• Optimization of the printing precision elements (mechanical and optical)
• Accessible to people with reduced mobility
• 60 mL of ceramic is enough to start a print
• 180 mL, 360 mL, 600 mL and 920 mL cartridges available

Printing Without Supports

Top-down stereolithography enables technology that can print without supports. The tray moves down as the part itself is built from the bottom-up. 3DCeram is able produce consistent parts with high precision and fine details.

The feeding of the printing material is done by a printing material is fed into a cartridge which is simply filled at the beginning of the printing cycle. It is possible to re-fill the cartridge during the printing cycle.

Our Materials

  • 3DCeram ceramics are developed for use with the C101 HYBRID printer. Their technical characteristics favour a regular feeding of the printer and allow to obtain homogeneous layers for a maximum quality of the products.

3DCERAM offers a catalogue of ceramics developed for specific application needs (Alumina, Zirconia, etc...) - See our technical ceramics catalogue

  • Zirconia: Zirconium oxide ZrO2 is one of the materials with very good mechanical properties at cold temperatures and also at high temperatures. It also has a low thermal conductivity at room temperature.
Zirconia is a very good electrical conductor at T > 1000°C. It also has high hardness, good wear resistance, good chemical inertness and good resistance to metal attack.
Zirconia can be coloured for jewellery applications. It is also a material that is being studied by 3D printing research centres, particularly in the dental field.

Alumina: Aluminium oxide Al2O3 is a base material used in many applications for technical ceramics. Alumina has properties that give it good mechanical strength at high temperatures and good conductivity.

Silicon nitride (Si3n4): Among the hardest and most resistant technical ceramics, it has a very high resistance to thermal shocks and wear but also to corrosion (liquid and gas). It is used in pump and valve components, semiconductors and other applications.

All our formulations are developed by our 3D PRO teams.
