About 3DCeram Sinto

3DCeram is a 3D printing process provider for technical ceramics.

For more than 15 years the company has developed a know-how in 3D printing, and offers its unique scientific expertise in:
      • Mastering 3D printing technologies with laser stereolithography (SLA),
      • A process to manufacture ceramic parts: zirconia, HAP, alumina.
      • Ceramic slurries developed in-house by 3DCeram

30 highly qualified people (doctors, engineers, technicians, etc.) enable their expertise to be share in order to offer the best 3D printing solutions.
A bit of history

In 2001, 3DCERAM SINTO opened and settled naturally in Limoges.

At first, the company dedicated its know-how to the production of ceramic parts by additive manufacturing. The production then is done with a 3D printer developed by 3DCeram to meet its specific needs: the CERAMAKER .

Since 2009, the company is headed by Christophe Chaput and Richard Gaignon.

In 2015 a strategic breakthrough is decided for 3DCERAM SINTO to enter the market of 3D printing lines on the model of the Ceramaker printer. Meantime, services are developed to propose a complete process offer, from 3D printing to firing ceramics to cleaning.

Based on this unique technology, 3DCERAM SINTO, together with its team of experienced technical ceramic experts, has developed a complete range of products to support its customers on technologically challenging projects: help to choose the type of ceramics, support to draw up specifications, R & D, development of a 3D part up to its industrialization, on-demand production or series-production, sale of CERAMAKER printers and associated consumables.

Since 2017, after its integration into the Sinto group, 3DCeram has chosen to develop a range of 3D printers for technical ceramics, with 4 models, meeting the specifications of customers from industry, research centers and laboratories, etc.

3DCERAM SINTO, today, is specialized in three areas:
      • Industry (Defence, Automotive),
      • aerospace and aeronautics (foundry cores, mirrors).
      • biomedical (eye implants, cranial implants, etc.),

Safran, Air Liquide, Zeiss, Thales, CHU de Limoges… are some of the customers who trust us.
